If you enter a prize draw, we collect the contact details needed to administer the draw and contact the winner.

Where possible, we do this in anonymous or aggregated form, so individuals are not identified.

we keep active panel member data while you remain part of Brit Spot Insiders
if you do not engage with our panel emails or surveys for 12 months, we may review and delete your details
we keep prize draw administration data only for as long as needed to run the draw and keep an appropriate record of the outcome
older survey data may be anonymised and retained for insight analysis where it no longer identifies you

Under data protection law, you may have the right to:
